The evening will have a pot luck buffet. We would encourage you to let Ron Urban know items you are bringing or plan to bring so we have a variety of delectable foods and desserts. The chapter will have breads, meat and cheese platter, condiments, coffee and condiments. As always, we are fortunate to have our guest Grand Master Chef, Fritz Sonnenschmidt, from the CIA presenting a culinary demonstration of his liking. This year he plans to do something different. He will be making Russian Christmas Pork Chops with Tea Eggs and Caviar.
Wow, this sounds like something to see how he makes his creations. He will probably have a couple of his Autographed Recipe books to be part of our raffles. Yes, you can be assured we will gather up some items for our Bucket Raffles.
